We offer a discount on shipping for multiple purchases which would be reflected in the invoice. We also accept money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks though please be aware that they may take 5 to 10 business days to clear. We are open to alternative payment methods as well so please contact us. • At Mapbreakers, we strive to satisfy our customers. Contact us if you find any of our items listed at a better price elsewhere. Also, as our listed products do not represent our full inventory, email us at support@mapbreakers.net with what you are searching for and we will surely find it. We honor repairs in virtually every situation. If for any reason however, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return your item in the condition you received it within 30 days of the receipt for a refund. Customers must request an RMA number in order to return an item in a quick and hassle-free manor. Without the RMA number or if the package is not sent to the correct address, processing may be delayed and you will be liable for a full restocking fee. • Returns must be shipped protected in a box and include all original packaging and parts. Please do not add stickers or mark-up the manufacturer’s packaging as this may affect our ability to refund or exchange your purchase. Please keep tracking, insurance and all other shipping documentation on file as it is the customer’s responsibility that we receive the return. We appreciate your patience beforehand; once received, returns can take 7 to 10 business days to process, inspect and test the product thoroughly. • For domestic returns, the original shipping and handling fees are not refundable nor can we reimburse you; the customer must cover all costs to ship the return back to us. We charge a 10 percent processing fee to cover shipping, handling and warehouse costs on all items purchased with a free shipping promotion. We will cover shipping costs back to you in the case of repairs or a replacement if an item was purchased using free shipping. We will also cover shipping costs back to our customers to replace items dead on arrival. • All international sales are final and domestic return policies are not applicable for our international customers. While we are very flexible and will work diligently toward your satisfaction, complications concerning customs and shipping do not allow us to provide international returns. • Though we cannot accept returns after 30 days, we will surely work with you to make use of the warranty if available. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will provide the manufacturer’s contact information at the very least so you get the value of what you paid for. • Unfortunately some items cannot be returned in which case, they would be marked clearly in their listing. We do however stand behind all our products and fortunately any item can be repaired by the manufacturer. • We reserve the right to charge up to a 25 percent restocking fee for returns and exchanges if the above conditions cannot be met. In rare cases, at Mapbreakers’s return department’s discretion, if a product is not in an acceptable condition, the return may be sent back to you, the customer at your cost. Lowering the value of an item to evade customs duties or declaring items shipped as a gifts are federal offenses. UPS is our default shipping service for international orders and USPS for Canadian orders in order to avoid brokerage charges. • Though many of or products include international shipping rates, please email us first as charges vary between countries. To avoid miscommunications and delays, please make sure to pay the correct amount during checkout. • Please take caution clicking the Buy it Now option only once per order or you may be charged and receive duplicate items. Clicking Buy it Now enters you into a contract and obligates payment. Unfortunately, eBay does not provide the option to void a transaction after clicking Buy it Now. In the case of refunds in our error or other unique circumstances, we may mutually cancel a transaction through eBay’s unpaid item dispute process. Also, when finished shopping, please checkout for all orders together so we may process you order quickly and efficiently. • We accept several payment options including PayPal, credit cards, money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks. We accept PayPal from international customers as well, however, exceptions may apply and we will contact you if necessary. We reserve the right to refund PayPal payments within 1 business day if it is flagged for the possibility of fraud, if we receive incorrect payment or in other circumstances we may deem appropriate.
